  7.     Duilio Baltodano, Nicaragua's Attorney General, faces the
  8. daunting task of trying to return to the original owners
  9. millions of dollars' worth of property confiscated by the
  10. Sandinistas. Baltodano has logged more than 6,000 restitution
  11. claims, but one particular petition has caught his attention:
  12. a large house occupied since 1979 by former Sandinista President
  13. Daniel Ortega. The motion to evict Ortega will probably be
  14. decided in June, and Baltodano seems confident of success.
  15. There's just one catch. If the former President refuses to move,
  16. the task of evicting him ultimately falls to the army. And
  17. Ortega's brother Humberto still runs it.
